Our Mission
We help communities move beyond surface-level access to real progress—by connecting people to guidance, relationships, and support they can trust. From youth to adults to seniors, we walk with individuals as they navigate education, work, and health to build strong, purpose-filled lives.
Our Programs
Shine Squad Summer Cheer & Dance Camp
Camp Week - $150
Week-long cheer & dance camp for girls entering grades 1–5.
Jul 20th – 24th: Dallas College at Mountain View
Camp hour are 8:30 - 3:30 PM
Before Care (optional): 7:30 - 8:30 AM ($25/hr)
After Care (optional): 3:30 - 5:30 PM ($25/hr)
Launch Pad Leadership Academy's Summer Camp
Camp Week - $150
Leadership & civic engagement summer camp for teens ages 11–16.
July 20th - 24th: Dallas College at Mountain View

GED + Career Mentorship Program
Personalized 1-on-1 mentorship and GED preparation for adults of all ages who are ready to open the next door in their lives.
